Meet the team

Hi, we are 100WEEKS! We are based in the Netherlands, Rwanda, Ghana and Uganda. (We use Zoom a lot.) The core of our organization consists of a small permanent team surrounded by a larger circle of professionals that work for us on an ad-hoc basis. This keeps our overhead low and allows us to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. A pretty dynamic bunch!

He brings a crucial understanding of technology to the Supervisory Board.

Thecla Schaeffer

Thecla Schaeffer (1975) learnt the power of persuasion in the many years she spent as a top-tier marketer, serving at the highest level of Tony’s Chocolonely and G-Star. To Thecla, marketing is at its best when it makes people think, rather than just encouraging consumption.

Peter de Wit

Peter de Wit

Peter de Wit (1963) was a partner with McKinsey for more than 20 years. In 2018 he established the MiekFoundation, in memory of his daughter. Its charter: to create opportunities for young women like her, in Africa.
