In our 2023 annual report we look back on a year in which the country teams took control of the 100WEEKS program.
Under the title 'Taking Control', we delve deeper into the development of localization within 100WEEKS. This means that increasingly larger and executive parts of the program are being taken over by our talented country teams.
This control is not only about our own country teams, but also about the local partners we work with. These local partners are right on top of the program and know the context best. That is why it is important that the local partners take control of the programs.
